The pump is engineered with high-quality materials to deliver reliable performance for agricultural equipment, including Airblast Sprayers. The pump body is forged from HPb62 copper, providing exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. Its cylinder is manufactured using QT450 material and strictly tested to maintain a spheroidization level above grade 3, ensuring stable pressure output.
The crankcase is produced from ADC-12 aluminum ingots through a 500T automatic die-casting process, offering precise dimensions and long-term structural stability. The valve seat uses alumina-based ceramic materials, giving it excellent corrosion and wear resistance in demanding spraying environments.
To ensure consistent efficiency, all components are processed with high-precision CNC machining, delivering smooth operation and improved durability suitable for modern agricultural spraying systems.
