- Advanced Corrosion Protection: The cylinder, discharge, and suction metal components are crafted from QT450 ductile iron. Utilizing a refined sand-casting process followed by electrophoresis and high-temperature spray painting, these parts offer exceptional resistance to rust and mechanical damage.
- Precision-Cast Crankcase: Our crankcase is manufactured from ADC-12 aluminum using a 500T automatic die-casting process. This ensures absolute dimensional accuracy and structural stability for the entire drive system.
- Heavy-Duty Plunger Design: Featuring a thickened plunger and reinforced head, the design increases the contact area with the plunger pin. This effectively distributes mechanical load and significantly reduces wear during high-pressure operation.
- Whisper-Quiet Operation: The HTP pump‘s pin holes are machined with perfect inner-surface perpendicularity. This precision engineering minimizes operational noise and protects the plunger and crankcase from internal stress damage.
