Manufacturing Heritage

Lushyong’s manufacturing heritage dates back to the mid-1980s, when an earlier Taiwan-based operation began building experience in agricultural spraying equipment and pump manufacturing.

This manufacturing heritage predates the establishment of the present Zhejiang company. ZHEJIANG LUSHYONG MACHINERY CO., LTD. was established in 2001 in Zhejiang, China, and today manufactures agricultural spraying equipment and pump products for international markets.

Company and Brands

ZHEJIANG LUSHYONG MACHINERY CO., LTD., also known as Lushyong Machinery, is the company and manufacturer behind its product portfolio.

Whale Best is Lushyong’s primary product brand. The company’s portfolio also includes Tinker Bell, Super Best and Elephant as additional brands and trademarks.

Manufacturing Today

Lushyong manufactures agricultural sprayer pumps, triplex plunger pumps, agricultural power sprayers and related components for agricultural and other spraying applications.

Metal components used in its pump products are machined in-house using CNC equipment, giving the production team direct control over machining processes, component dimensions and production consistency.

Each completed pump is tested before shipment, including leakage, durability and operating-temperature checks. Raw materials are inspected as part of the quality-control process, while other components are inspected on a sampling basis.

Lushyong supports distributors, importers, agricultural equipment suppliers and OEM customers with different pump configurations and spraying solutions for their markets and applications.

Project Experience

Lushyong pumps have also been used as components in distributor-integrated mist-cooling systems for specialized applications.

Through distributor-led system integration, Lushyong pumps were incorporated into mist-cooling installations used for projects associated with the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.

In these projects, distributors selected and integrated the pumps into complete systems and managed the installation process.
